BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla and 1 egg at a time. Combine flour and salt and add to egg mixture in small amounts. Add buttermilk.

Sprinkle pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour custard mixture over pecans. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool and serve.
