FUDGE NOUGATS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. (16 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine sugar, mil, vanilla, and butter in saucepan. Heat to full rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, flour, cracker crumbs, and walnuts; beat well. Spread in well buttered 12 x 8 inch pan. Top with walnut halves. Cool and cut into squares. Yield: 40 pieces.
