COLESLAW FOR FREEZING 
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Mix salt with all ingredients, let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. While ingredients are standing make this dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar

Combine ingredients and boil 1 minutes. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over mixture that has been put into containers, cover and freeze, thaws easily. Any slaw that is leftover can be refrozen.
