COCONUT SQUARES 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt butter on high 1 minute. Stir in crumbs and sugar. Pat in bottom of microwave dish. Cook on high 2 minutes. Cool partially. Mix coconut, nuts, and milk. Spoon over crust. Cook on high 4 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once during cooking. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and cook on high 1 more minute. Spread melted chocolate over coconut mixture; cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
