BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 can crescent rolls
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, beaten

Crumble sausage and cook in skillet until brown. Drain well. Line bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
