SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sifted flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Cream butter and sugar, gradually add the sifted flour and nutmeg. Put through cookie press onto cookie sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes at 400 degrees. These cookies can be made without using cookie press - drop about a teaspoonful of dough and press flat. |
