ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head Romaine, broken
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Red onion, thinly sliced, to taste
2 c. cooked chicken, julienne strips

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. soy sauce

Blend together in blender until thick. Pour 1 cup oil through feeder cap slowly and stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds.

Makes 2 cups - enough for more than one salad recipe. Keeps well.
