ORIENTAL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 box long grain wild rice, prepared according to directions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 finely chopped med. onion
1 c. mayonnaise - not salad dressing
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. chicken broth

Mix soup, mayonnaise and broth. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
