ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
3 c. cooked shredded chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. peanuts
1/3 c. sliced green onions
Sesame seed dressing
1 c. chow mein noodles

Drain pineapple. Combine with next six ingredients. Toss with sesame seed dressing, then noodles. 6 servings.

SESAME SEED DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
