ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head shredded lettuce
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. cooked chopped chicken
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
3 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 1/2 oz. sunluck maifun rice sticks
Oil for cooking sticks

Heat oil in fry pan to 400 degrees. Put in 1 rice stick. If it puffs, put in a handful, turn to puff all and remove immediately. Add to rest of ingredients and toss with Oriental dressing.

ORIENTAL DRESSING:

1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients to taste.
