MARINATED GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Oil and vinegar
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese
1-2 buds garlic, grated
Sweet red onion

Cook green beans and drain. While beans are cooking, put oil and vinegar, tarragon, onion, garlic, and cheese in serving dish. Add hot green beans and blend together well. Let stand to marinate. Serve hot or at room temperature.
