GRANDMA'S TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
1 box minute tapioca
6 c. water
Salt
2 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen orange juice
2 cans crushed pineapple
6 bananas

Cook tapioca, using water and salt, according to directions on box. Then, add sugar and frozen orange juice. Cool. Add pineapple and bananas. Let sit for 6 hours or overnight.
