TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. minute tapioca
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
12 maraschino cherries, quartered
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

In a large bowl, pour tapioca pudding. Mix and Jello. Mix well. Add 3 cups boiling water and pour over mixture. Stir well and let stand until it starts to thicken. Then add fruits and Cool Whip, mixing well. Refrigerate.
