TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 jar maraschino cherries

Drain juices off to make 3 1/2 cups juice. Add 2 boxes of tapioca pudding mix into the juice; bring to a boil and pour over fruit mix. When cool, add 3 cut up bananas.
