JELLO TAPIOCA SALAD 
1 sm. box tapioca mix
2 c. water
1/2 pkg. orange Jello (dry)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 container Cool Whip
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Cook tapioca mix and water following directions on box. Cool for 1 minute. Add dry orange Jello. Cool and let thicken. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. 8 to 10 servings. Any fruit and Jello can be used.
