SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE | |
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 clove garlic, sliced 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. sour cream 1 tsp. onion, cut fine 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles Cook beef until barely done. Add salt, sugar, garlic and tomato sauce. Let simmer 20 minutes. Cook noodles until done. Cream sour cream, cream cheese, and onion. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Layer noodles, meat, and sour cream mixture until all ingredients are used up. Top with grated cheese. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. |
