LEMON CHEESE CAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice or less
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 (8") graham cracker crust, unbaked

Cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and whole egg. Mix well. Add flour, then milk. Stir in lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Chill before serving.
