YEAST ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Soften yeast in water. Add sugar and salt. Add 3 1/2 cups flour, beat hard (may use hand mixer) for 2 minutes. Add egg and oil. Mix well with hand mixer. Add remaining 3 cups flour. Cover dough with wax paper and towel. Let raise once in bowl, turn out on floured board.

Shape into rolls, let raise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Brush tops of baked rolls with butter. Dough may be kept in refrigerator for 1 week.
