NO - KNEAD BREAD 
2 c. water (boiling)
1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. molasses (place in 1/2 c. then fill rest with honey)
1 tbsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 beaten eggs
4 1/2 c. regular white flour
1 c. wheat flour

Combine water, oatmeal, butter, molasses/honey and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and mix well. Blend in eggs and flour. Place dough in greased bowl. Let raise, punch down. Put in pan and let raise. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
