BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, finely choppedc. American cheese, grated or cut up
2 eggs, beaten
Ritz cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Cook broccoli 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese, and eggs. Add to cooked broccoli. Mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle cracker or bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or longer until a knife comes out clean.
