BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices of bread
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. can of mushrooms
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Place in 8 x 12 inch casserole dish in the following order:

STEP 1: 8 slices of bread, butter bread, remove crust, cut into cubes.

STEP 2: Place bread and sharp cheese in casserole dish.

STEP 3: Cook and drain sausage.

STEP 4: Place sausage in casserole dish.

STEP 5: Pour small can of mushrooms on top of sausage.

STEP 6: Mix together in separate bowl 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk and 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard.

STEP 7: Pour on top of sausage and mushrooms.

STEP 8: Mix together in separate bowl 1/2 cup of milk and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.

STEP 9: Pour into casserole dish. DO NOT MIX OR STIR AT ANYTIME.

Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
