BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook sausage, crumble as cooking. Drain and set aside. Grease 11x13 inch dish. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard, pepper. Into dish, layer bread, sausage, cheese. Pour egg mixture over ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
