ITALIAN MACARONI 
1 lb. med. shells
3 tomatoes
3 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 jar black olives
1 jar green olives
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Cook macaroni, cut other ingredients, mix together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour over macaroni and other vegetables. Should be made a day ahead of time.
