DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. hamburger (ground chuck)
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion

Add bread crumbs to milk and let stand. Mix beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion and milk mixture. Shape into a ball or put into a loaf pan. Pour sauce over meat mixture (recipe below).

DUTCH SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Combine ingredients in a sauce pan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. Let stand about 5 minutes before slicing.
