SHRIMP WITH PASTA | |
1 lb. large shrimp 1/3 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. butter 1 med. chopped onion 3 cloves, chopped garlic 1/2 c. white wine 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. chopped parsley Cook and clean shrimp. In skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Saute' onion and garlic on low heat for 3 minutes. Add wine and chopped tomatoes. Also all seasoning except parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and heat through. Serve over thin pasta and sprinkle with parsley. |
