SHRIMP AND PASTA 
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Italian dressing (no oil)
1/2 fresh lemon, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, minced
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. white wine
3 c. peeled, raw shrimp

Heat butter and Italian dressing in a large skillet and saute lemon, garlic, green onions, fresh parsley and oregano. Remove lemon and add Parmesan cheese mixed with water, white wine and shrimp. Simmer until thick. Serve over pasta. Serves 4 to 6.
