FRUIT KUCHEN 
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
Dash salt
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Cinnamon to taste
3 c. berries or 2 c. sliced fruit

Blend 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, butter, and vinegar. Press on greased 9-inch loose-bottom pan. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and 2 cups berries or fruit; blend.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When done, add the rest of berries (all fruit is baked in crust). When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or any other topping.

When using peaches, add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Enjoy!
