GREEN CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. cubed pork
1/4 c. chopped onions
28 oz. can tomatoes
3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 c. water
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
15 oz. can pinto beans, if desired

Brown pork and onion in a little cooking oil; add remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat 2 hours; add 1/4 cup flour for thickening.
