GREEN CHILI STEW 
2 lb. pork roast or chops, cubed
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
2 med. onions, sliced
5-6 cloves garlic, minced or mashed or equivalent dried garlic
6 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies
2 cans (16 oz. each) tomatoes
2 cans JR's Texas Brand chili (optional)

Brown meat in oil. Add a little water and cook pork slowly for 30-40 minutes or until cubes are done. Drain. Add flour to meat and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened, about 20-30 minutes. Serves 6.
