SEAFOAM PIE 
2 cups ginger ale
1 pkg. Jello (your choice)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 prepared graham cracker crust

TOPPING:

cream or Cool Whip

Boil 1 cup of ginger ale, add 1 package Jello. Stir until dissolved and add remaining cup ginger ale, blend well. Beat in ice cream. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill.

Top with cream or Cool Whip before serving.
