SEAFOAM LIME MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. (13 1/2 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Chill until almost firm, fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a 1-quart mold, chill until firm. A 9x9 inch pan may also be used. Cut into squares to serve.
