LIME AND CHEESE JELLO MOLD 
2 1/2 c. boiling water
3 pkgs. lime Jello
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in water. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, celery, and walnuts. Pour in 9 x 13 inch rectangular pan and refrigerate until firm.
