2 (6 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
4 eggs (well beaten)
6 c. half and half
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries OR 4 c. fresh sugared strawberries
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine Jello and sugar with hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into 1 gallon freezer can and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
