OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
8 chicken parts, legs & breasts
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
Dash of garlic powder
1/3 c. butter

Coat chicken with seasoned Bisquick. Melt butter in shallow baking pan, arrange chicken on fat in single layer with skin side down. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 400 degrees, turn chicken. Bake 20 minutes longer or until brown and tender.
