CHILI-BEAN DIP 
16 oz. can light pink kidney beans or pinto beans or 2 c. cooked dry beans
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Drain beans and mash in a bowl. Add onion and seasonings. Serve warm or cold with vegetables, crackers, or taco shells. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese (optional).
