"PORCUPINE" MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice (Uncle Bens) not minute rice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine meat, raw rice, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in single layer in a greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Combine soup and water. Pour over raw meat balls. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4-6.
