CHINESE TURKEY BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 c. cubed turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. bias cut celery
2 chopped green onions and tops
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Melt butter and stir in onion salt and Rice Krispies; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in casserole dish. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies mixture. Top with remaining Rice Krispies mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
