CHINESE WILD BAKE 
1 box long grain and wild rice
1 can Chinese vegetables
4 chicken breast (halves)
1 can mushroom soup

Put rice in a bowl and pour liquid from Chinese vegetables over the rice. Let sit. Add soup and 1/2 can of water. Stir mixture. Mix vegetables with the soup-rice mixture. Put into casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture.

Microwave 10 to 15 minutes on 50% power. Then 20 minutes on full power.

Conventional: Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
