JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
3-4 chopped jalapeno peppers

Mix well and bake at 425 degrees in greased iron skillet.
