BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli or 2 bunches fresh (parboiled)
1 can lo salt mushroom soup
1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. to med. grated or minced onion
1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
1 beaten egg

TOPPING:

1/2 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Fold first 6 ingredients into greased casserole dish. Melt butter and toss with crumbs. Put over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. With fresh broccoli (2 bun) serves 6.
