3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Strawberry or blueberry preserves

Combine cream cheese, eggs, and 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Make sure there are no lumps. Drop into baking cups and bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes. DO NOT BROWN. Allow to cool. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Top each midget with 1/2 teaspoon of mixture then 1/2 teaspoon preserves. Bake again at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. These are great to freeze.
