PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Slice red potatoes thin and line bottom of casserole. Add onion slices on top of potatoes. Brown pork chops and place over this. Add a can of mushroom soup and half can of water to drippings and simmer for a few minutes. Season and pour over chops. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at about 350 degrees.
