PORK CHOP/POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pork chops
4 to 6 lg. potatoes
Milk
Pam cooking spray
Salt
Pepper

De-bone pork chops. Salt and pepper each. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Spray casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Layer sliced potatoes in casserole dish. Pour milk over potatoes until it reaches the top level of scalloped potatoes. Salt and pepper. Put de-boned pork chops on top of potatoes. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes, turning pork chops to brown. Casserole is done when potatoes are tender.
