1 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. white Karo
2 to 3 c. peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
Red food coloring

Combine and cook whipping cream, sugar, white Karo and peanuts. Cook almost to hard boil. Add butter, vanilla and food coloring. Beat 10 minutes. Pour into patties on wax paper.
