BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken breasts
2 c. cooked rice
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crumbled

Gently combine all ingredients, except potato chips. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

6 to 8 servings.
