CRACKER SALAD (MOCK) 
1/2 lb. saltine crackers, crushed into crumbs
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 large fresh tomato, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 boiled egg, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Add more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry. Refrigerate. Serve with any kind of meat.
