SWISS APPLE SALAD 
6 c. mixed salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces
1 Golden Delicious apple, cored, quartered and sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced red onion
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. oil
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. walnut pieces

Place salad greens in large bowl. In small bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice. Drain; add apples to salad greens. Add onion and cheese; set aside.

In small covered container, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and mustard; shake to blend. Pour dressing over salad, tossing to coat. Garnish with walnut pieces. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
