DOUGHNUTS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs well beaten
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
2 tsp. baking powder
Enough flour to handle to roll out

This same recipe can be used with sour milk, only use baking soda instead of baking powder.

Cook in hot lard or oil.
