DUTCH APPLE PIE 
Raw pie shell
6 apples (cut up, or more to fill pie pan)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour and lemon juice. Put in pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Crumb together sugar, flour and butter and put on top of apple mixture. Place pie in large grocery bag and seal with paper clips. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. If you have an electric oven, make sure paper bag doesn't touch heating element.
