ITALIAN POTO' SALAD 
8 med. poto, cooked & peeled
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
1 red onion, sliced
1 seeded tomato, chopped
3 stalks celery
1/2 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 sm. can olives
1/2 stick pepperoni
Seven Seas Italian dressing

In a big mixing bowl add cut cooked poto's, 1 green pepper - chopped, cucumber - sliced, red onion - sliced, tomato - chopped, chopped celery, cut broccoli and cauliflower into little sections; drain olives. Mix with Seven Seas Italian dressing. Garnish with pepperoni on top. Refrigerate to chill and serve.
